About Our Program
Our organization is a Camp Program that learns Physical Education daily.
We focus on a number of different aspects. Firstly, we use proper buildup of a workout session, starting with warm ups and stretches and moving on to strength and cardiovascular exercise, playing sports with the various motor skills and movement pattern specific to each sport, and ending with cool down and plenty of drinking.
We will also teach the proper strategies, tactics and rules of the exercises and sports which we engage in, as well as encouraging proper respect to self and others, whether on same team or not, including both campers and staff.
Another goal that we work towards is making the sports and exercise enjoyable and helping the boys understand the importance of physical activity for health, appreciating the challenge, and using sports and physical activity as a means of self expression and social interaction.
Our sports include daily basketball, baseball, soccer, football and occasionally swimming and golfing.
